Just the 2 of Us Eileen is a former caterer in the Sacramento area. When her business partner Sue fell ill, Karen stepped in to help write restaurant reviews, recipes, and food events. Eileen lives in Sacramento, is married and has a daughter, son-in-law and 3 granddaughters. She also has 4 horses, 3 cats and 2 dogs and helps run a business with her husband when not cooking or eating. Karen is married and lives in Milbrae CA, has 3 sons and Fenton her beloved dog. Karen is also an avid foodie, an avid traveler and also is heavily involved with Stamp It Up Scrap booking.
