Buckhorn Road

Buckhorn Road I have been blogging about education issues, politics, and current events at Buckhorn Road since July, 2005. I bring to my blog the experiences I have gained from growing up in rural northern California, being a husband and father of a son and daughter, the 12 years I spent in the U.S. Army and California Army National Guard, and since 2002, my current profession as a middle school history teacher in the Sacramento area.

May 27, 2013

Blow by Blow: What really happened in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012

New Jersey dad gets a visit from his state’s fascists for the "crime" of posting a photo of his son holding a rifle

Mar 19, 2013

The emasculation of America continues as what used to be considered wholesome and normal is now considered creepy and perverse.  Add to that a healthy dollop of attempted violations of the 1st, 4th, and 5th Amendments to the Constitution, and we o...

Feinstein’s fascist firearm follies fall in flames… but the fight is far from finished

You might remember I made a two-part video about California Senator Dianne Feinstein's proposal to outlaw what she calls assault weapons, and what I call semi-automatic defensive rifles, or what the United States federal government calls personal defen...
