Sacramento State senior point guard Fantasia Hilliard scored a team-high 17 points and had five steals to break the career program record, but the women allowed Saint Mary's College to collect 56 points in the paint in a 91-99 loss Monday night.

Confidence continues for men’s golf as they polish their game

Having recorded its lowest finish in the fall, the men’s golf team is hoping to become more consistent as a whole when entering the second half of the 2014-15 season. Sacramento State men’s golf finished off the first half of its campaign by placing fifth at the Stockton Invitational.

The first and second rounds of the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament will be taking place in Sacramento, California in the city’s new Entertainment and Sports Center in 2017. The decision to host it was led by Sacramento State University, the Sacramento Sports Commission and the Sacramento Kings.

Football defeats UC Davis 41-30 in 61st Annual Causeway Classic

The Sacramento State football season came to a close Saturday, as the Hornets defeated UC Davis by a final score of 41-30 in the 61st Causeway Classic. It was Sac State’s first victory in the annual series since the 2009 season.

Women’s basketball beats New Mexico for first win

Sacramento State shot 50-percent from the field in the second half and scored 26 second-chance points to collect its first victory of the season against the Aggies of New Mexico State.
