NEVADA CITY, Calif. September 2, 2015 - The official results for Measure V, Higgins Fire's ballot measure, confirm the trend seen on election night. The measure garnered 1,705 Yes votes or 59.16% and 1,177 No votes or 40.84% of the 2,887 ballots cast. 5 ballots cast had neither a Yes or No vote.
