UPDATED 4:18 p.m:  Gun Shots Reported at Elk Grove Accident Scene; Car Crashes into Building

Elk Grove Police reported possible gun shots fired at an accident scene shortly after 2:30 p.m. today.

Officers are responding to a vehicle accident at Atkins Drive and Whitleock Parkway where there are reports of possible guns shots. EGPD will update as more information becomes available.
