During Wednesday night's Elk Grove City Council meeting, one Elk Grove citizen took the council to task over comments about one of the LAFCO commissioners who spoke out against the city's sphere of influence application.

At the end of Wednesday's city council discussion on the sports complex and aquatics center, a very patient constituent rightfully asked what had happened. When conducting city business, the discussion and motions coming from the dais should be clear so that all can understand what happened. At least an explanation was offered.
