After living in Chicago for most of my life, I headed west in search of new adventures and outdoor pursuits. Leading a corporate life by day, I'm always in search of great activities on the weekends that are within a few hour drive of the Bay Area. Most of the activities center on some type of outdoor activity (hiking, biking, etc) and often end with a reward at a local establishment. I focus mostly on California, but also like to share the fun adventures I have in other states in the west.
