“Has our country club GM gone rogue”, that is the title of the latest RMO forum post dealing with the Rancho Murieta Country Club. The controversy deals with the firing of a very popular golf pro and the naming of a new Country Club Director of Golf. USGA Senior Amateur, Don Thames was selected to replace Greg Corsaut in that role.
The incident has angered a lot of club members who don’t understand why Greg Corsaut was replaced. By all accounts he was doing an excellent job.
